Optional trial subscriptions

Trial access has no user limit. The recurring charge covers only the paid licence count explicitly selected by the purchaser, not every trial user. Extra trial devices lose access when the trial ends; the most recently active devices keep access up to the paid capacity. Administrators can manage licences before expiry to choose which devices continue. Additional paid capacity requires an explicit billing change.

Where offered at checkout, a new-company monthly subscription begins with a trial and R0 card setup through PayFast. No money is deducted for setup. Checkout states the trial end date, number of licences and monthly renewal amount. By accepting those checkout terms, you authorise monthly charges from that date until cancelled.

Cancel through Billing before the stated first billing date to prevent the first charge. Access continues until the trial ends. Check that cancellation is confirmed; contact support if confirmation remains pending. PayFast sends a reminder before the trial ends. Trials are limited to one per account and are not offered on annual purchases or extra licences. This does not affect rights required by applicable law.
